We are open 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm.

Treatments and Classes are available to all without the need to pay for access to The Spa.

If you wish we offer a free induction with our qualified personal trainer on joining to ensure that you use the equipment correctly and safely along with a personalised programme to suit your fitness and health goals which you can review on an ongoing basis.
